With the latest update of SpikeSort3D (v2.0.3 available [link=http://www.neuralynx.com/download/SpikeSort_v203.zip]here[/link]) we have now included the ability to run Ken Harris' KlustaKwik to autocluster spikes. The documentation for SpikeSort has been updated to show how to use this feature (page 16). This release comes with some minor bug fixes. As always, if you would like to report any bugs found in SpikeSort, please submit them to the [link=http://www.neuralynx.com/Forums/tt.asp?forumid=31]SpikeSort Support Forum[/link].

Hi,
I tested your new klustakwik tool to auto-classify my clusters. Therefore, I wanted to use the "Klusters" software (from Harris/Buzsaki lab) usually applied after Klustakwik to manually delete or merge auto-generated clusters. This software needs 3 kinds of files, .fet, .clu and .spk. From Spikesort (with Klustakwik tool), we have .fet and .clu but not .spk. Then I was not able to visualize my klustakwik analysis with Klusters. Do you know if there is a way to obtain this .spk files from the .ntt generated by cheetah? Thanks, Eric.
