Some of our customers have been requesting an offline filtering tool for recorded continuous channel files. Unfortunately we have no solution for doing this at this time. So it will go down on the list of requested features for our Data Analysis rewrite, scheduled later this spring. We will begin to post information on the forums about this rewrite in the weeks following the current Cheetah and Data Analysis release (due in the next couple weeks). Other requests for features can be posted to the forums under Feature Requests forum for the respective software package.

Is it by now possible to do an offline re-filtering of CSC-files?

We currently do not have this application because we usually do not like to use multiple filters on a data set.
You can save out the raw data file at anytime, which is an unfiltered record, and then run this file back through Cheetah. You can then apply any filter that you would like and re-save out the data. If you really want to run another filter on top of the DSP filters in Cheetah with your saved data, you could run the .ncs files through a program like Matlab. There you could apply another set of filters and this would satisfy your requirements. Neuralynx Support |
