Neuralynx Support OptionsAt Neuralynx, we believe that product support should be free. We have many options for you to get help with our products, all of which offer the ability to work directly with a product engineer. Support Forums Ask or answer questions, leave comments, request features or just have a discussion on our support forums. Receive answers from other Neuralynx customers as well as Neuralynx staff. All forums are monitored to ensure your question is answered in a timely fashion. The support forums currently include a knowledge base of previously answered questions. Neuralynx Remote Support Neuralynx now has the ability to diagnose or fix some support issues remotely. Just call Neuralynx Support and we'll connect to your PC over the Internet. Users of Cheetah 5.3.0 or newer already have the remote support program installed on their system under the NeuralynxSupport Start Menu folder.
