| Warranty |
All products include a 5 year limited warranty. Extended maintenance is available for non-consumable products (L8-PS, ERP-27), at 10% initial purchase price per year.
Data Acquisition & Experiment Control software (DAS) is a "perpetual"
license. The initial license guarantees product support and upgrades for one year from the date of purchase. Currently, Neuralynx is offering extended service and upgrades for as long as you own and operate the system. |
